Details:	SUMMARY: 1 of 4 repeats taken 11/7/06 pos. TC, 11/15/06 RP pos. TC, other DETAILS: Met with Wanda. Asked why 4 repeats from Oct routine pos. TC took a month. She said Alexin didn’t tell her about Oct 2 routine positive until end of month. Gave her the PN template, asked her to send me a copy. She knows to do 5 temporary routines this month to avoid violation. Told her she could return to monthly sampling in Dec if no more positives. Reviewed proper sampling technique/location. Positive sample came from ancient laundry room swivel faucet. Asked her to stick to outside hose bibs and follow her coliform sampling plan. Also asked about following. 1. Long-standing confusion over well names. The only well they use is 3, EP-C. That means SOC, VOC, and arsenic data in SDWIS from 5/23/05 came from 3 and needs to be corrected. 3/1/05 nitrate test also from 3 and needs to be corrected. 2. Asked if 04/05 CCR done. We found the 04 CCR, she has yet to do 2005. Told her State is about to write an AO to begin enforcement on this. She said she would do it and send me copy. 3. Asked if she attended 1-day SGWO training class yet. They had a water-main break on the day of the April 06 class so she missed it. Plans to attend next Clackamas Community College class in Apr 07. 4. Asked about lead/copper testing. She had no idea it had to be done. She promised to call/get it done ASAP/send me results. 5. Asked about ERP. Was done/I reviewed it. 6. Reminded her to test for nitrate before end of 06. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for 05 CCR, lead/copper. Submit 04 CCR and entry structure diagram update to DWP to get well 3 activated/well 2 inactivated. Ask DWP to make corrections in SDWIS on SOC, VOC, AS, and NO3 tests.
