| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: The Hood River County Health Department received an alert by fax on 10/25/06 for Meadows Utilities LLC CSSA in response to a positive total coliform sample result for sample ID PPJ0471-06A, collected on 10/11/2006. Patricio Ramos was contacted on 10/18, 10/19, 10/25, and 11/27 by email and phone. Reminders for compliance were discussed including the need to collect 4 repeat samples within 24 hours of notification of the TCR pos., as well as 5 additional routine samples in the subsequent month. ACTION NEEDED: At this time all required repeat and routine samples have been collected and are absent of coliform. The system, however, did not collect the repeat samples within 24 hours and were subsequently issued a tier 3 M/R violation. The Hood River County Health Department has subsequently contacted the PWS to facilitate issuance of the required public notice. | ||
