| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP phone consultation with Lynne Thompson DETAILS: Talked to both Andrew Thompson and Lynne Thompson on how they needed to go about their ERP. I sent them an ERP packet and explained to them that they just needed to fill out the blanks on this packet and then submit to me the completion form. They had some questions as to why they needed to fill out this form, and I explained it was mainly to get them thinking about what to do if there is an emergency and also to help with the planning process when an emergency arose. I explained that a follow-up of the ERP will be performed upon our next inspection. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
