| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: On 10/17/06, I received an alert fax from the water lab regarding Luckiamutes Domestic Water Coop nitrate level. I contacted Heath Cokeley. He told me that this was his first quarterly sample report for the year. I reminded Heath to continue taking quarterly samples until they no longer are over 1/2 MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking quarterly samples. | ||
