Details: DETAILS: (From Lisa Anheluk) Simax- 2 of the 4 repeat tests came back with a detection. The campground was posted and the system was shock chlorinated by adding bleach into the storage reservoir and then flushing it through the lines. After setting then flushing out all the chlorine, two additional special samples were taken and came back good. We plan to take 5 routine tests in August. East Davis- The lab, who we contract with to take the tests, somehow inadvertently marked the East Davis repeat tests as routine tests. We called in and supposedly the lab was able to change the tests to repeat tests before sending the results to the state. We have not received a copy of this changed report yet so not 100 percent certain the change was made. All four of these repeat tests came back good. So we do not have a violation at this site. We do plan on taking 5 routine tests in Aug. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
