| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive E. coli samples DETAILS: The routine coliform sample for this facility came back positive for E. coli on 10/20/06. 5 repeats were done on 10/23/06. One of these came back positive for E. coli. 2 more samples were done on 10/25/06 and both came back positive for E. coli. At this time Mr. Sloan fixed a broken pipe. He then did two more samples on 10/30/06 and both of these came back fine. 5 routines will be done in Nov. to verify that the problem has been resolved. All persons using the water were notified that they should either boil the water prior to using it (when using it for consumptive purposes) or to use bottled water. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
