| Details: | SUMMARY: Sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: The routine coliform sample for this facility came back positive for total coliform on 10/12/06. Mr. OConnor was contacted. Mr. OConnor had recently fixed a broken pipe. He was instructed to disinfect the source and the distribution system and to retest to ensure the water is OK now. Randy took 4 repeats that all came back good in Oct. He will be taking 5 routines in Nov. to verify all is OK. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
