| Details: | I contacted the head of maintenance let him know about the total coliform detection. He indicated that the lab had just let him know about the detect. I reminded him to take a source sample at the wellhead 3 repeats in the distribution system. I also reminded him to take 3 temp routine in July. He asked if the source sample in March 18 counted but I let him know the coliform detect triggered another source sample. He has already checked the UV unit all seemed to be operating properly. He felt it could have been sampling error by the lab tech. | ||
