| Details: | SUMMARY: TC pos. sample DETAILS: On 12/19/2006 this operator had a positive total coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: The operator was advised to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. The lab (Umpqua Research) told her that they can run the 4 repeat samples on 12/26/06, which is when she will resample. We then discussed sample collection procedures. | ||
