| Details: | The system was triggered into a Level 2 investigation. An on-site investigation and sanitary survey was done on 3/10/20. The system had recently replaced the pressure tank (which could have been the culprit for contamination as it was after the UV unit and had a large amount of deposit in it. The system had also not had a UV maintenance schedule in place so the sleeves had not been cleaned and the bulb was also about due to be replaced. The system collected a coliform sample on 3/10/20 that was absent for bacteria. System to continue standard monthly monitoring. |
