Details:	SUMMARY: alert/water quality total coliform results DETAILS: Spoke with Randy Reitz on 3/28, 3/29 of Oregon water services (OWS) who was hired by Guttenberg college to resolve coliform problems. He stated that OWS had taken five routine samples on 3/28 and two of them came back positive for total coliform, one at the wellhead. He is going to shock and flush the entire system again and install a pressure reducing valve after the UV light to slow the flow through the UV. The UV light still needs to go through Plan review process. ACTION NEEDED: submit plans to dwp for UV system, and take five routine samples in April.
