| Details: | SUMMARY: alert/ arsenic DETAILS: Spoke with Bruce, he stated the sample (3/26/07 result 0.02) was accidentally taken before treatment at the wellhead. I Called Brenda at Delta lab who took the sample and she verified that it was a mistake and she is faxing me the lab slip indicating it was taken at the well as well as a discription of the samling error. I will forward this fax up to DMCA for removal of this sample result. ACTION NEEDED: Remove sample from water systems sample results records. System still needs to take one arsenic sample after treatment in 2007. | ||
