| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine total coliform and 4 positive repeat samples DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 3/29/07. I left a message for Dean Meyer on 4/2/07 and the lab told me they had already collected their repeat samples. I spoke with Dean on 4/4/07 and he said all 4 repeats were positive. He already had the instructions for well disinfection and I walked him through those. I also told him to issue public notice (they retrieved the template from the web) and send me a copy. We discussed the need to take 5 routine samples the month of April, after disinfecting and flushing the system and waiting 5 days. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 follow-up routine samples. | ||
