| Details: | SUMMARY: Fecal (E.coli)-positive result for sample taken 4/02 DETAILS: Aaron Madison called (cell 541-571-0589) to report Fecal positive sample result. Hes new but he followed correct sample procedures. I called new manager Beth Bergstrom (541-566-3381) and bottled water is being provided to customers. Aaron will take repeat samples on 4/04. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to change contact to Beth Bergstrom. Water system will provide bottled water to customers until issue resolved and take repeat samples on 4/04. | ||
