| Details: | SUMMARY: Two total coliform-positive samples taken on 4/03 DETAILS: Two Routine samples were total coliform-positive. Brian was attending the EO Short School and the sample sites were questionable. Continuous chlorination has not been done for several weeks. Repeat samples were taken today (4/05) ACTION NEEDED: Action based on results of Repeat samples, but MCL violation likely with public notification required. Five Routine samples required in May. | ||
