| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC Report Follow-up DETAILS: Valley Falls Store was listed on SNC report, starting in the second quarter of 2006, for failure to report coliform samples. Contacted the new owner, Debra Weekly, and she said that she took over the store in Feb. 06 and was unaware of monitoring requirements. She said a sample was collected in Oct. 06 and that she would start consistenly collecting quarterly coliform samples and yearly nitrate samples. ACTION NEEDED: Valley Falls Store needs to collect quarterly colform samples in order to return to compliance and avoid being designated as a SNC exception. | ||
