| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow-up for missing 2006 DBP Results. DETAILS: The City of Lowell received a violation for not reporting DBP results in 2006. I emailed Willy Hartwig at Lowell to find out if the samples had been collected. Willy confirmed the samples were collected 8/30/2006. Willy faxed the results to me today. ACTION NEEDED: DMCA staff to enter DBP results into sdwis. Violation will stand as a late-report. | ||
