| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing 2006 DBP Results Received 4/12/2007 DETAILS: The City of Creswell received a violation for not reporting DBP sample results in 2006. I contacted Roy Sprout at the City of Creswell via email to request a copy of the missing 2006 DBP sample results. Mike Howard follow-up to my request by faxing a copy to me on 4/12/2007. I forwarded the results up to the DMCA for data entry today. ACTION NEEDED: SNC resolved by receipt of missing test results. No further action needed. | ||
