| Details: | SUMMARY: One of five Routine samples total coliform-positive after treatement DETAILS: Spoke with Samantha, the store manager. She has taken all 5 samples from the same tap, a hand sink next to the dishwasher. She took them all at the same time and does not know why one came back positive. The firm treated the well with chlorine on Sunday, April 1. The firm continues to use bottled water for food service activities. ACTION NEEDED: Firm must continue to serve bottled water to customers. There is no further sampling at this time. Resume quarterly monitoring unless otherwise notified. | ||
