| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke with Lars Milling on 8/1/06. Failed water test. I stated take 4 repeats and 5 random samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: 8/2/06: Lars Milling called stated that 3 of 4 samples failed. He stated he dumped 3 gallon 12-1 Clorox down well vent pipe. I gave him info on chlorinating his well. He stated he will wait 3-4 days. Flush the system. Take 4 [illegible-month apart (?)] samples. | ||
