| Details: | SUMMARY: Project completed to install UV Treatment - Plan Review 290-2006 DETAILS: We received information from Michael Colesar, P.E. that the UV installation was completed on April 9, 2007 and that he inspected the system and approved the installation. A "Special" coliform sample was taken on 4/16/2007 and indicated no coliforms present. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to close Administrative Order, and finalize Plan Review 290-2006. | ||
