| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system plans to install hypochlorinator DETAILS: Mr. Crisel has purchased a solution feed pump for continuous chlorination. He will submit equipment information and sketch of plumbing configuration. Plan review fee waived. I contacted Dave Crider at 541-771-5450 and he will assist with the installation. Mr. Crisel indicated that he has taken several coliform samples at the well and results were coliform negative. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to notify DWP when chlorinator installation is completed. | ||
