| Details: | DETAILS: 14 Sept 2006: I made contact with Marilyn (Mel Olsons assistant). I explained the alert to her and asked that she have Mel give me a call. 15 Sept. 2006: Marilyn left a message on my voice mail that Mel took repeat samples and sent them in to the lab. Repeats Sept. 19, 2006 are negative for coliform. Routines for Oct. and Nov. 2006 are negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
