| Details: | DETAILS: Nov. 6, 2006: Attempted to contact system operator Mark Brumley on phone numerous times. Nov. 7, 2006: I contacted Mark Brumley on phone. He said his chlorine pump went out at/prior to testing. He is in the process of correcting the problem. He stated chlorine is currently being added by hand at a measured rate. I informed him the pump needs to be repaired or replaced. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
