| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat positive coliform sample on 12/01/06. DETAILS: On 12/05/06 I spoke to Denis Jarvis (technical assistant) regarding repeat positive coliform samples collected on 12/01/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. Denis believes the source of the coliform is the reservoir. He has taken a closer look at the reservoir and he is planning to hire divers to do some maintenance inside the reservoir. Divers are scheduled for Dec. 19. Divers will seal reservoirs concrete lid and small crack on the side of the tank. He is also planning to seal reservoir from outside. He will call me once he receives the results of the repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
