| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 04/05/06 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 04/11/07- Neilson Labs confirmed that four repeat samples collected on 04/09/07 passed. I called Garth- He has no idea why the positive occurred. The only thing that he could think of was that he replaced a water line near the sample tap three months ago. ACTION NEEDED: Garth needs to collect five routine samples in the month of May. | ||
