Details:	SUMMARY: Nonreporting for coliform (2nd qtr 2005 DETAILS: Contacted Susan Skavlan regarding nonreporting for coliform (2nd qtr 2005-- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th qtrs 2006) and nitrate (yearly 2006). ACTION NEEDED: Susan Skavlan provided information that indicated that the contract laboratory failed to collect coliform (2nd and 3rd qtrs 2006) and nitrate (yearly 2006) samples. The 4th qtr 2006 coliform sample was not collected since the park is closed during that time of the year. Coliform results were provided for the 2nd qtr 2005 sample.
