| Details: | SUMMARY: ROUTINE MONTHLY TAKEN 4/12/07 +TC DETAILS: I called and left a message for Mr. Barnett asking him to do 4 repeats ASAP if he hasnt done so already and to call me if any are +TC. Otherwise I told him he needs to do 5 temporary routines in May. I asked him to call me back so we can schedule a time to do a sanitary survey. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time.
