| Details: | SUMMARY: MONTHLY ROUTINE TAKEN 4/3/07 +TC DETAILS: I spoke with Donna, she wasnt aware of the +TC (she had not been notified by the lab). I asked her to check with Coffey and make sure they are doing 4 repeats, she said she would . Donna also said she would notify her maintenance manager, Roger, so he could begin tracking down the problem. She will call me and do PN if any repeats are +TC. She also knows to do 5 temporary routines in May. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- continue to monitor situation. | ||
