| Details: | SUMMARY: 4th REPEAT TAKEN 3/20/07 + TC (mislabeled as routine and reported late by the lab) DETAILS: This alert is for the fourth missing repeat that goes along with the other three taken on the same date (3/20/07). Somehow it was mislabeled as routine. It also was reported to the State much later than the other samples taken on the same day. ACTION NEEDED: System has disinfected. Treatment system scheduled for installation next week. Barbara said they would let me know when all work if complete so I can come out and do a sanitary survey. | ||
