Details: | SUMMARY: ROUTINE QUARTERLY TAKEN 3/27/07 +TC AND +FC DETAILS: Received alert after hrs 4/3/07, tried calling Hayden the morning of 4/4/07 but phone not working. I asked Joel Ferguson to do a site visit and try and track someone down. He was able to talk to Haydens wife Claudia and also Hayden by phone. Per Hayden, Coffey Labs didnt notifying him by phone and he only found out when he got the hard copy result in the mail this morning (why did it take Coffey so long to notify the water system and also the state?). Hayden didnt know what the cause of the positive might be. No work has been done to the system. Hayden called Coffey today 4/4 and asked them to do repeats today but they said it was too late to do it today so they would send someone out first thing tomorrow. Joel gave Hayden public notice templates in case he needs them. Hayden knows to call me if any of the repeats are positive. He also knows to do 5 temporary routines in April (the repeats will be tied to the March routine sample, so 5 rts need to be done in April). ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to monitor the situation. The question remains: why did it take Coffey a week to report the results to the state and the operator? |
