| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 03/29/07 at the kitchen faucet tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 04/02/07- Jane called me- she will collect repeat samples. 04/06/07- I called Jane. No repeat samples yet but she figured out what the problem is. The chlorinator was out of bleach. She has it running at normal levels again and will collect four repeat samples on 04/09/07. 04/12/07- Four repeat samples collected on 04/10/07 tested negative for total coliform. I called Jane and informed her of the results and reminded her to collect five routine samples before the end of the month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of April. | ||
