| Details: | I called Arlin Burbidge to schedule a Water System Survey at Rainier OR LDS Church. He told me that the contact for the water system is now Charlyn Cord, and forwarded her phone number and email address to me. I then called Charlyn and she gave me the updated mailing address for the system, which I put in a Contact change/inventory form and forwarded to Oregon Drinking Water Services.
