| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 03/30/07 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 04/03/07- I spoke with Jerry. He does not know what might have caused the positive. They added UV to the system about one year ago. They currently add chlorine to the system by dumping two cups per day in the 1,000-gallon storage tank (morning and evening). I informed them that this is not a permissible disinfection process. Four repeat samples were collected on 04/02/07 (see next alert). ACTION NEEDED: Dependent on repeat results. | ||
