| Details: | SUMMARY: 3 out of 4 repeat samples collected on 04/02/07 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 04/03/07- I performed a site visit and could not determine any problems with the system. Checking the chlorine residual showed a level of 2.2 ppm. Jerry said that he dumped some extra bleach in the tank because he was worried. I informed him again that this is not an acceptable practice and that chlorination of this system should be discontinued. Desert Pump came out and determined that there are no apparent problems with the system. I asked Jerry to flush the chlorinated water out of the system and collect two special samples. 04/10/07- Neilson Laboratories verified that the two special samples collected on 04/06/07 (kitchen tap and well house) passed. I called Jerry and informed him of the results. ACTION NEEDED: Jerry needs to collect 5 routine samples in the month of May. | ||
