| Details: | I have been in contact with Travis Bonilla with Bergstrom Wines regarding the Water Survey deficiencies from the November 14, 2020 Water Survey. The Arsenic sampling deficiency was corrected when sampled/tested on November 27, 2019. The construction deficiencies for Well #2 (no approved Plan Review) and abandoned Well #1 (unapproved well construction) is within 100 ft. of the newly drilled Well #2 were discussed with Travis Bonilla and he was going to contact Peter Farrelly in regards to correcting the deficiencies. I will contact Mr. Bonilla on April 1, 2020 to determine if a Revised due date (correction action plan) will be needed. | ||
