| Details: | DETAILS: 5 Feb 2007: I discussed coliform alert with operator Melvin Olson in field. Mr. Olson stated the vault flooded causing pressure tanks to float which broke water line allowing contam. to enter. He (Mr. Olson) corrected problem and did repeats (4) and routines the following month (5 samples). 4X repeats Dec 8, 2006 were absent for coliform. 5X routines Jan 7, 2007 were absent for coliform. Positive sample Dec 4, 2006 was absent for E. coli. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
