Details: SUMMARY: ERP phone consultation DETAILS: I spoke with operator Leonard Bigsby. We went over the importance of the plan and provided some examples for preparing a plan. We went over emergency procedures, contact info, clean-up, disinfection, and security. Mr. Bigsby will be working on plan this week and hopes to complete by time of sanitary survey.
