| Details: | DETAILS: 1/31/07: Called and spoke to an employee at Gales Creek Tavern, owners not available. She stated that Dan is aware of the positive result and is working on the problem. I asked her to have him call me. 2/1/07: Spoke with Dan, he stated the chlorinator ran dry. I asked him to train all employees on how to maintain the chlorinator. He stated he will resample and send in results. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
