| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing Chemical Sample Results from 2006. DETAILS: Lyons Mehama WD received violations for not reporting VOC, NO3 and AS in 2006. I spoke with Kelly Namitz via voice mail messages who confirmed with the superintendent that the sample results had indeed been missed. Sampling for VOC, NO3 , AS and SOC has been scheduled for 5/17/2007. I also reminded Kelly that samples for lead and copper were due from 10 locations between 6/1 and 9/30 in 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of missing samples and follow-up accordingly. Violations must be noted in the systems CCR, however, this pws has never reported a CCR. A sanitary survey is scheduled for the end of May with Bill Goss who will review sampling requirements and CCR requirements with the system. | ||
