| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC alert DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL)- PHTHALATE DETAILS: I called Jody and informed her of the chemical detection- she was unaware of it. I informed her the requirement is to begin quarterly monitoring for the synthetic organic contaminant DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL)- PHTHALATE. Compliance will be based on running annual average. If after 2 quarters there is no detection, monitoring will return to once every 3 years. I faxed her a copy of the alert along with the monitoring requirements to 503-581-3012. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on quarterly monitoring. | ||
