| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency follow-up DETAILS: Initiated follow up in regards to administrative order and work that was to be completed by 7-31-06- most of which relates to the last sanitary survey as follows:Issues: 1) Submit PE plan to address CT: in process 2) CCR: completed CCr for 2005 3) Ph and Cu tests: completed as per SDWIS 4) Coliform sampling plan: completed 5) Sampling for IOCs, VOC, SOC, and DBP-- 2006 nitrates-- monthly coliforms: Due at end of 2007, 2006 nitrates now due, 0/0 will re-submit all outstanding sample results for coliforms.
