| Details: | SUMMARY: No coliform results 4th quarter 2006, no NO, for 2006 DETAILS: Facility has new owner. No quarterly coliform sample taken 4th quarter 2006 and no annual nitrate taken for 2006. Provided copies of 2004 sanitary survey and source water assessment to new owner and discussed testing requirements. Mr. Danny Petriccone stated he would take water samples and submit copy of result to ODA for resolution of violation. ACTION NEEDED: Post results of coliform and nitrate tests on SDWIS. | ||
