| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive alert DETAILS: Sheri Rogers stated that the well pump had a short in an electrical wire and the pump had to be replaced. They flushed the well and pumped the water to waste. The sample was taken after the flushing, which turned out positive. The firm serves bottled water to customers, but is still using the water to wash dishes and hands. Ms. Rogers stated that she plans to take 1 repeat sample this week and if negative, will take 3 more samples in April. Sample taken as RT on 3/21/07 ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples, followed by 5 routines the following month. If negative, quarterly monitoring can resume. | ||
