| Details: | SUMMARY: Turbidity exceedance while exploring with new coagulant DETAILS: Pete returned Petes phone call regarding the turbidity exceedance in last months surface water treatment report. It was not reported when it happened. Colton is transitioning from Alum to PAC, and for a few weeks, the turbidities varied from 0.22 NTU to 0.44 NTU. They used jar testing as much as possible. They will send out a Tier 2 notice with the next billing, and send one to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Send out a Tier 2 Public Notice. |
