Details:	Phone contact with Garren. Garren took new samples after media - related to previous arsenic alert - CHEM8886 - 03/20/2020 - ARSENIC - Contact Report 03/20/2020. sample tested above mcl at .0114. facility noted its plans to change media and is in contact with state plan review department and James McPherson. facility is working with HOA regarding cost and time lines. facility is working with AdEdge to supply new media, media has outdated nsf/ansi approval and needs updates prior to approval from state. once facility receives up to date nsf/ansi approval, shipment may take up to a week and install can take 3+ days + sample time. Discussed length of original tier 1 pubic notice and facility is aware it may have to re submit a new public notice document regarding arsenic. facility will be in touch with LCPH and State Drinking water regarding time lines and approvals.
