| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 10/03/06 and 11/01/06 DETAILS: On 11/02/06 I spoke to Ann Batten (water operator) regarding positive coliform samples collected on 10/02/06, 10/03/06, and 11/01/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources at the reservoir. I suggested changing the sampling method at the reservoir to avoid cross contamination. He will remove hose and install a faucet at the reservoir outlet for future sample collection. He is planning to take the four repeat samples to be in compliance. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
