Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: System on violation list for not reporting coliform 4th quarter 2006. Spoke with operator Gary and system closes mid-October but still needs to sample fourth quarter. System will sample bacti 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters and annual nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Continue 2, 3, 4 quarter bacti sampling and annual nitrate.
