Details: Received email from Jim on Monday March 23rd that Bill Nashem with the Oreogn Water Resources Department (OWRD) Bend office conducted a down-well video of the well CROO3326 (SRC-AA). The video showed the well did not indicate signs of co-mingling of aquifers. Based on follow up telephone calls with both Bill and Joel Jeffery of OWRD, the well meets construction standards. DWS revised the initial well evaluation to reflect this new information.

With the well meeting construction standards, DWS will proceed with notifying Westridge Subdivision and discuss implementation of 4-log disinfection of the confirmed E. coli well.

On Thursday March 26th, Brad Daniels and I called Wayne Looney with Westridge Subdivision to discuss the well meeting construction standards and next steps to implement 4-log disinfection. The Bilateral Compliance Agreement will be revised. The Westridge Homeowners Association's board members will review disinfection options and respond to DWS within 90 days. Circuit rider assistance and additional information to meet disinfection requirements will be provided. - M. Byrd
