Details: SUMMARY: Reviewed the emergency response plan sent to Linn County by Sweetbrier Park. DETAILS: Sent Ms. DeHart a letter describing the changes to section 1, tool 1A- emergency phone numbers- and reminded Ms. DeHart that the SVSAG needs to be completed and the certificate of completion page signed and a copy sent to Linn County. Offered my services to help finish the guide. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the completed SVSAG or phone call from Ms. DeHart.
